Overview

Challenge

Baseball training lacked real-time, automated measurement of pitching command and control. Coaches needed professional-grade tools to track and improve pitcher performance.

My Role

Senior Technical Product Manager - Directed remote engineering teams across hardware, firmware, and mobile app development. Managed product roadmap, stakeholder communication, and market strategy.

Approach

Built IoT device with ESP32 firmware for sensor technology, Bluetooth and internet connectivity for real-time data transmission, and Flutter-based iOS/Android app for data visualization and training programs. Patent-pending technology for automated pitch location tracking.
